Miromico is a hardware startup focused on offering Hardware as a Service (HaaS), where I built a strong portfolio in the tech industry by promoting IoT devices.
I implemented a successful Social Media strategy within the first six months of working at Miromico. This involved implementing and refining their brand strategy to better explain their products and technological innovations to customers through captivating videos, enlightening webinars, and interactive social media posts. One of the key aspects of this strategy was to “translate” technical jargon into consumer-friendly communication to shift the perception to a more friendly brand within the target group.
In close collaboration with a skilled graphic designer, our social media strategy and content production doubled the organic engagement rate and the number of followers on LinkedIn. Our efforts ultimately led to a 150% increase in sales for the target group.
